Pumpkin Patch Visit
Daddy: “It’s the weekend, kid—what do you want to do?”
Lucy: “Maybe we can go to french fry town and then the park!”
Daddy: “And visit Gma too, and see her garden!”
Lucy: “Yes, and we can go to her garden and see if there are any snails that need a snail race!”

I spent last weekend in front of my computer, finishing up a project for work. However, the kid and her mom got to go out and have some fun in Half Moon Bay.
This video is of a pumpkin patch they visited with GpaTom, Gma Karen, Auntie Laura, and Uncle John. Check out Lucy on her first ever pony ride!

Here’s a quick video of the kid running around at the beach sometime last month. This is footage from a pocket HD camcorder I got sometime last year that I’ve used for dozens of videos on this site. Now it’s used mainly by Jill as something she can toss into her purse when she and the kid are out and about during the week.

Here’s a 9+ minute epic of pics taken from 2000 – 2008 in England, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Monterey, and Half Moon Bay. All pics were taken during time spent with Jill’s family.
Boy, it’s the little projects like these that make me think, “man, time is really sprinting by, blowing a raspberry as it laps me once again, shouting FAIL!”
(But then again, time wears these really gaudy lycra tracksuits and looks like a total tool, so that makes me feel a little better.)
