A Lot Off the Top
Lucy (referring to her new dolly): “Let’s put my baby in the highchair.”
Daddy (stalling, angling for a dolly break): “Let’s wait until your baby wakes up before we put her in the high chair.”
Lucy (too fast for her dad already): “Just as you said that she’s wide awake, laughing with joy!”
— Lucy nips her dad’s attempt to sidestep dolly playtime
I felt like getting a haircut so Jill read a “How To” article and we both watched a couple of YouTube videos. Jill then grabbed a pair of scissors and a towel and we were off to the patio. I figured worst case scenario would just involve getting a second haircut from a barber if the first one didn’t turn out right. However, Jill did a fine job and I no longer look like a roadie for Dethklok.

That worked out a lot better than expected…and the price was right.

I still have a flowbee if you wanna try it… I used to use it to cut my own hair. You did a good job, but watch out if you move into clipper territory. You can always ask me for a cut you know!

@Jill: Yep, and I didn’t even need a coupon!

@Laura: I may have to take you up on the cut, especially if I go real short in the summer. Thanks!
