Seeing Lucy sitting on the floor reading at my house reminded me of a couple of my favorite pictures of myself when I was about her age, way back in the olden days of 1971. I think Lucy wins the fashion competition, but our sitting/reading styles are quite similar!

It could just be a difference in ages. Lanky Lucy was once a total butterball.

yeah auntie, i think you’re younger in that pic than Lucy is now…
you look about 2, and she is (gasp) almost 3!

I was 2 yrs 5 months (January 1971), and Lucy 2 yrs 9 months. I was just a chubster!

You’re totally right, I don’t know what I was thinking. I was only 1yr 5 months!!! No wonder I’m so blobbular!
