Year One (pt 1)
I’m going through our old pics with the idea of making video collages for each year. I’m starting with 2007, our first year with the kid. This is the first of a two part ‘Year One’ vid. Going through these pics brings back a bunch of memories. A few:
- Gma Susan providing so much love and support. I can still see her in that gliding chair we used to have, baby sleeping (and drooling) peacefully with her head on Gma’s shoulder.
- The kid’s Jean-Luc Picard/George Constanza-like hairdo.
- A very brief attempt at using a baby bottle.
- The kid learning how to sit up by herself.
- The kid recognizing the power of the remote.
- First teeth.
- Learning how to crawl.
- Books, books, books.
- Learning to stand.
- All the changes that can happen in a mere 12 months.
